Candidate on-line numaracy and literacy testing
We have a battery of numeracy and literacy questions which are presented to the candidate on-line in a timed exercise.
No two test sessions are the same and the candidate only gets one session in the testing area.

The results are published to the CV and the employer and candidate are provided with information regarding the aggregated norms for each type.
The registration process also includes a 15 minute PPA questionnaire in an attempt to assess the basic personality traits of the candidate. This result, together with it's considered accuracy for the specific candidate in question is stored on the CV.

By this we mean that the personality type most like the candidate together with the next nearest is listed along with the accuracy of fit for this particular candidate taking into account their response and the mix of replies.
All personality types for the system are available for the employer to preview. None of these 3 tests are scientifically validated and need to be considered as a guide. It is not suggested that hiring decisions should be based on these results alone.
