Our Candidates

Our Candidates come almost exclusively from recommendation (as do our Employer clients) - we have not, to date, run any form of advertising other than networking and the occasional recruitment event on behalf of clients..

A mixture of word of mouth and networking supplies all of our currently >3,500 candidates.

Our candidates tend to be more serious and less flirtatious about the prospect of seeking a new employer - this is because the registration process takes around 40 minutes to complete and is quite rigerous, including as it does, a series of numeric and language testing together with a PPA and structured CV creation on-line.

Employers have access to a candidate distribution map which can show the full population of candidates on our books by town, by district, by street and/or by job title.  This google-maps style service anonamyses the candidate but allows for street level detailed search by candidate type.

This is a unique and powerful demonstration of the UK wide distribution of over 3500 candidates and proves the size of our data base. 

It is also meant to be a useful tool for employers in need of a particular skill set in a particular area - to be able to carry out a quick search of our data from the comfort of their own facilities anywhere in the World 24/7. Check out the competition.
