THE DELIVERY STARTS THE FOLLOW–UP FOR SUCCESS

At the end of this stage, you will understand more about the likelihood, if well managed throughout, that the customer has a higher probability of dealing with you for the rest of their motoring lives if you exceed their expectations at this crucial point in the sale.  This is the final emotional high point in the sale for the customer.  Not only they but their family,  friends, relatives and workmates, in fact, anyone who ever speaks to them about cars – will be impressed by the effort that you put in to this part of the sale. Provided, of course, that you get it right and put the extra effort in.

 

 

THE DELIVERY STARTS THE FOLLOW–UP FOR SUCCESS

 

The delivery is the most important part of the sale to the customer.

 

He or She has just spent a sizable amount of money for his or her new (or used) car.

·        Probably the. biggest purchase outside of a home.

 

He/she may need to be reassured that they have made a good investment.

·        The delivery is a good time to eliminate any doubts.
