Objective

Tom Booths role was to manage the day to day running of 23 dealerships of mixed franchises throughout the North and North East, identifying and securing profit opportunities whilst establishing affordability in the cost base.

• Reduced cost base by £3m.
• Focused after sales for substantial profit improvement.
