Morning Meetings

The morning meeting comprises the most important meeting of the day, week or month for both the salesteam and management in attendance.

Morning meetings should be held without fail - as the phrase suggests - first thing in the morning, not some mornings but every morning. 

The main reason that meetings are not held at the start of every day is because they don't work, go stale or discipline slips

Henry Ford once said that if you don't know where you are going - any road will get you there.  All top performing Dealerships run morning meetings as the road map for the day - no excuses.
