DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

To assist the Sales department to achieve new and used unit sales and gross profit targets as determined by the sales manager.

To contribute to the effective operation of the company?s prospect and follow up system and to log every opportunity to do business.

To provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service which projects the quality image of the company.

To assist in the preparation of all documentation relating to transactions and company reporting systems.

To liaise with Sales Administration, Aftersales and Valeting regarding the movement of sold vehicles, ensuring they are available for collection or delivery to customers as required.

To ensure that the showroom, used car area and all vehicles for sale are kept clean, tidy and to the highest standards.

To carry out other duties as requested by the Sales Manager or his nominated deputy.

To ensure that your personal appearance and conduct reflect the high standards required by the company, as set out in the Company Appearance and Dress Code policy.

To attend the business punctually and adhere to the duty rota.

To observe all health and safety regulations at all times and not to expose yourself to any kind of hazard whilst at work or on company business.
