Business Manager - leisure sector example

a) To work within a team to maintain and improve F&I sales and profitability across the site, specifically delivering the F&I revenue target budget.

b) To work with Sales Managers and Executives to maximise profit from all deals made, ensuring quality referrals at each stage of the sales process, making sure all customers are second faced effectively and ensuring there is consistent cover, during holidays and days off.

c) To use systems and controls to ensure that vehicle debt is kept to a nil level.

d) To address any customer complaints effectively in order to maintain the highest level of customer service required by both the Group and our Manufacturers.

e) To ensure that all FSA paperwork is completed correctly, copies made, and the monthly return provided within the timescales. To up date training with the sales executives and ensure all pass their annual examination.
a) Ensure that customers are fully aware of all products and a full presentation of their benefits is made ie LVPI, GardX, Tyre, PPP and warranty.

b) To increase profitability through the sale of additional products, with each offer sheet containing each add on product and a finance quotation.

c) Process proposals for finance and ensure the correct logging of information on the documentation.

d) To take customers through finance documents upon delivery and ensure all relevant proofs are received.

e) Ensure that all finance companies pay advances upon processing of documentation therefore preventing vehicle debtors.

f) Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure every profit opportunity is being utilised and all Internet and telephone enquires are answered promptly.
g) To ensure that there is shared responsibility in the creation of footfall amongst the sales team with at least 1 appointment per working day to be made.
h) Make sure that all forms of financial and add on marketing is in all areas of the site (service, shop, showroom etc)
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned to him/her from time to time.
