Website Administrator

To continuously maintain the Company and associated websites, especially with regard to complete stock maintenance and management

+ To manage all banner and pay per click activities optimally

+ To manage ancillary activities, for example; the breakdown recovery and referral reward schemes efficiently
+ Keep all websites updated There are currently hundreds of Vehicles on this/these website(s) which need checking, removing and adding to as stock changes. Cars are to be found on different stock lists.
+ Hero cars and featured models need to be checked daily for lowest internet/market pricing.
+ Control and monitor sales executives srcf (shared responsibility for the creation of footfall) system ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and used effectively
+ Banner Management (There are numerous banners on different Websites other than our own which have to be checked monthly), performance statistics need monitoring to see how many hits they have raised and to monitor relative value for money
+ Ancillary activities aimed at creating leads for the team need constant attention and tuning.
+ Manage any referral and recommendation or special offer voucher enquiries which come in via the websites.
+ Manage all arrangements regarding breakdown cover with (currently) RAC, take money and forward cover documents to customers. Manage the cover statistics and send information to (currently) the RAC for initialisation of cover. Also all (currently) RAC renewals to be contacted and letters sent 6 weeks before due date.
+ Take an active role in the arrangement of Public Relations and promotional activity
+ Provide reception cover for breaks, lunch time and holidays.
+ Help with mail shots and other marketing activities
+ Attend training courses as required
+ Carry out other duties as required from time to time
HEALTH AND SAFETY

+ To ensure the safe working environment for all employees by complying with the statutory legislation and Government Health and Safety Policy and to report immediately any non conformance to the appropriate senior position

RELATIONSHIPS

Directly responsible to the Sales manager and Service/Consultative relationships with sales admin, sales team, service and accounts:
