  2. Created a flat, affordable Leadership Team with strong dynamics and breadth of talent. 2,300 employees £680m turnover, 57 sites.
  3. Introduced clear performance metrics and central command and control of all key levers.
  4. Efficient and effective handover to new majority shareholders.
