- Re-structured the business in order to lever maximum EVA and enhance sale value. All metrics subject to a secrecy agreement.
- Created a flat, affordable Leadership Team with strong dynamics and breadth of talent. 2,300 employees £680m turnover, 57 sites.
- Introduced clear performance metrics and central command and control of all key levers.
- Efficient and effective handover to new majority shareholders.
